Annual Vaccine Exam is required for new LCAS client pets.
Exam requirement for existing client pets will be determined by the date of spay/neuter surgery or adoption from LCAS.

- Rabies Vaccine – $20
- DA2PPV (Dog Combo) – $20
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough) – $20
- FCRP (Cat Combo) – $20
- FeLV (Feline Leukemia) – $25
- All vaccines at time of surgery – $15
*Vaccines are required and proof of vaccines must be presented at the time of surgery or can be given at time of surgery for $15
The Shelter offers microchip identification to all pet owners. A $25 microchip, the size of a grain of rice, is injected under the animal’s skin between the shoulder blades. Each chip has a unique number that is registered with a national database along with the pet owner’s address and phone number. The microchip can be read by scanners that are currently used by most animal organizations and veterinary clinics. Deworming is available service as well.
